
RIVERHEAD, NY — A Riverhead man was charged with driving while intoxicated recently, police said.
According to New York State Police, on April 21 at 9:42 p.m., Dawid Przestrzelski, 23, was driving on Pulaski Steet in Riverhead and was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Upon further investigation, Przestrzelski was found to be intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15%, police said. Przestrzelski was charged with DWI and was released on an appearance ticket for the Riverhead Town Justice Court, police said.
