Riverhead Man Cuffed, Charged With DWI: Cops
He provided a breath sample of .18% BAC, police say.
A Riverhead man was caught driving drunk after a traffic stop, police said.
According to New York State Police, Oscar A. Xitumul-Paredes, 25, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday after a stop for a vehicle and traffic violation on New York State Route 24 in Southampton Town.
Xitumul-Paredes was transported to New York State Police barracks Riverside where he provided a breath sample of .18% BAC, police said.
