Here are some fun activities you can do in Riverhead, according to Thrillist:

Drive along scenic Sound Avenue for farm stands and wine tasting.

Enjoy Martha Clara Vineyards for its outdoor seating, upscale food truck, and events.

Savor the tastes of summer with a pie from Briermere Farms.

For sampling, try the North Fork Tasting Room.

And to combine exercise with libations, there's the Brew Crew Cycles tour, the site says.
