Riverhead Town to Host Inauguration Ceremony This Week

The inauguration of Riverhead Town’s newly elected officials will be taking place this week.

The event will be at Riverhead Town Hall on 200 Howell Avenue on Friday, January 1, 2016 starting at 11 a.m.

Those being sworn in on that day will be: Town Supervisor Sean M. Walter, Councilman James Wooten, Councilman Timothy Hubbard, Town Justice Lori Hulse, Town Assessor Paul Leszczynski, Town Assessor Mason Haas and, Town Clerk Diane Wilhelm.

Light refreshments will be served immediately following the ceremony.

The public is invited to participate in the swearing in event.
