Riverhead Woman Cuffed For Driving Drunk: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — A Riverhead woman was charged with driving drunk, police said.

According to New York State Police, Jessica L. Cunningham, 30, was arrested on April 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for speeding on Osborne Avenue in Riverhead.

Cunningham was transported back to New York State Police barracks Riverside where she provided a breath sample indicating a .14 percent BAC, police said.

Cunningham is due back in Riverhead Justice Court on April 19, police said.
