Riverhead Woman Facing Felony DWI Charge: Cops
A traffic stop for an inadequate plate lamp led to a felony DWI charge, police say.

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Riverhead woman was arrested after she was caught driving drunk in Hampton Bays, police said.
According to New York State Police, Joselyn M. Palomocasto, 22, was arrested on Sept. 9 at 4:15 a.m. after she was stopped for an inadequate plate lamp while driving on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays.
Upon further investigation, Palomocastro was found to be intoxicated with a BAC of .09%; she was arrested, charged with felony driving while intoxicated, and held for morning arraignment in Southampton Justice Court, police said.
