Riverside Man Caught Driving Drunk With BAC Over .18: Cops

The arrest was made on Thursday morning.

A Riverside man was caught driving drunk with a BAC level of over .18 percent in Riverside on Thursday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.

Mynor Ronio Zurdo, 27, was stopped for a traffic infraction on Flanders Road at about 3:28 a.m.

Investigation revealed that he was driving his car in an intoxicated condition, police said.

He was charged with for aggravated DWI (it is aggravated because his BAC was .18% or higher), according to police.

Zurdo was arrested at the scene, transported to police headquarters, and held for morning arraignment.
