Search On For Missing Riverhead Man: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for a missing Riverhead man.

According to Riverhead Town Police, Dennis Dewitt, 62, was reported missing on Thursday from Concern for Independent Living, located at 260 West Main Street; he was last seen at approximately 1 p.m.

Dewitt is a white male who is 5'8" and weighs 220 pounds, with blue eyes and salt and pepper hair; he may also be clean shaven at this time, police said.

Foul play is not suspected at the present time.
