Search Still On For Cell Phone Thief in Riverhead: Police
Authorities have released a photo of a suspect in the case, police said.

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search continues for a cell phone thief in Riverhead, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and detectives from Riverhead Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man, who allegedly entered Platinum Prepaid Wireless, located at 121 Griffing Avenue, on Saturday at approximately 6 a.m. and stole numerous cellphones, police said.
The man is described as black, with an average build; he was wearing a True Religion T-Shirt and a Chicago Bulls hat, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
