Search On For Trio Who Stole Clothing From J. Crew, Fled In BMW: Cops

RIVERHEAD, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Town Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the people who stole from a Riverhead store in March, police said.

Two men and a woman stole assorted clothing items valued at approximately $1,580 from the J. Crew Factory store at Tanger Outlet, located 200 Tanger Mall Drive, police said.

The suspects, who are described as being in their late 20s to early 30s, fled the area in a tan-colored BMW, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
