Skeletal Remains Found Near Riverhead School: Police
The remains were found outside the school Thursday morning, police said.
RIVERHEAD, NY — Skeletal remains were found outside a school in Riverhead Thursday, police said.
According to Suffolk County police, homicide detectives are investigating the remains, found at 515 Marcy Avenue in Riverhead near the St. John Paul II Regional School at 10:15 a.m.
Investigators determined the cause of death was non-criminal, police said.
