Speaker at Temple Israel of Riverhead
Dr. Eric Mandel, Founder and Director of The Middle East Political and Information Network will discuss the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Temple Israel of Riverhead invites the community its Speaker Series, this month taking place on Saturday, February 28 at 7:00 PM as they welcome Dr. Eric Mandel, Founder and Director of MEPIN (the Middle East Political and Information Network) for a presentation and discussion on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This free event is open to the public.
MEPIN is a private Middle East research analysis reviewed by members of Congress, their foreign policy advisors, members of the Knesset, journalists, and Jewish organizational leaders. Dr. Mandel regularly briefs members of Congress and their staffs about the current geo-political situation in the Middle East, and meets with members of the Israeli leadership and their advisors. He is the Northeast Co-Chair of StandWithUs, an international organization dedicated to educating the public about Israel, while fighting the BDS movement (Boycott, Divest and Sanction) against Israel. Dr. Mandel is a frequent speaker on university campuses; this year he will address Cornell, Columbia, Penn, and Brown, as well as other colleges. Dr. Mandel is a regular columnist for the Jerusalem Post, writing about the US-Israel relationship, Iran, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
