RIVERHEAD, NY — For those looking for a summer job, Splish Splash is setting out to hire 1,000 hosts for the 2026 season.
Splish Splash, New York’s largest water park, is gearing up for opening day on Saturday, May 23, representatives said.
To celebrate more than 35 seasons of Long Island fun, the park is looking for 1,000 "motivated hosts" to join the park’s team for the 2026 season, officials said.

Currently, Splish Splash is hiring across all departments.
"Those interested in being the hero of the pool at the all-new Stingray Bay water playground, serving up world-class snacks, or working under the stars at the park’s electric Neon Nights event, can apply online now," representatives said.

With positions to lead in guest services, keep the park clean in park services or sell new merchandise in retail, "there is a place for every talent," representatives said.
"Our hosts are the heart of the guest experience, and whether you’re looking to build your resume or make lifelong friends, our hiring season is in full swing," General Manager Mike Bengtson said. "We take immense pride in being a place where the Long Island community can come together to work, grow, and create memories worth repeating. As we gear up for the 2026 season, we are looking for over 1,000 energetic hosts to help us bring the excitement of summer to life."
Splish Splash said it offers competitive wages starting at up to $22 per hour, scholarships and advancement opportunities, incentive programs, monthly special events, discounts on food and retail, free admission to the park on off days, and much more.
The park is now accepting applications for those ages 14 and up and there are also opportunities for professionals and retirees.
Splish Splash will host walk-in interviews Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., where attendees will have the opportunity to speak with current hosts, apply for positions, interview, and even be hired on the spot.
