State Police Report: Possession of Marijuana, DWI Arrest

State Police-Riverside reported the following arrests over the past week:

• A 25-year-old Center Moriches woman was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 30 for unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped for an uninspected motor vehicle. She was stopped on Route 27 in Hampton Bays and investigation revealed her to be in possession of marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on Monday, Oct. 20.
• Brandon C. Neff Jr., 17, of Montauk, was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 5 on a DWI charge after being stopped on Cedar Street in East Hampton, for speeding. Neff was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of East Hampton Court on Thursday, Oct. 16.
