State Police Report: Three DWI Arrests

A list of recent crime activity as reported by the state police.

State Police-Riverside report the following arrests in the area over the past week:

  • Linda Caminiti, 60 of Quogue, was arrested on Wednesday, March 11 for aggravated driving while Intoxicated. She was stopped for a marked lane violation on Montauk Highway in East Quogue and investigation revealed Caminiti to be intoxicated. Caminiti released on traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on March 23.
  • Jose Solano Rodriguez, 43, of East Quogue, was arrested on Friday, March 13 for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and first degree aggravated unlicensed operation for driving across hazardous markings and driving over the curb on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. Investigation revealed Rodriguez to be intoxicated and he was operating on a license that had been revoked on a prior DWI charge. Rodriguez was held for arraignment in the Town of Southampton Court.
  • An 18-year-old Oakdale man was arrested on Saturday, March 14 for unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop for speeding on County Route 58 in Riverhead. Investigation revealed he was in possession of marijuana and he was released on appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Riverhead Court.
  • Matthew O’Hare, 52, of Eastport, was arrested on Sunday, March 15 for a DWI following a traffic stop for marked lane violation on Montauk Highway in Remsenburg. Investigation revealed him to be intoxicated and he was released on traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on March 30.
