State Police Report: Two DWI Arrests
A list of recent crime activity as reported by the state police.

State Police-Riverside reported the following arrests over the past week:
- A 28-year-old Calverton man was arrested on Friday, Jan. 30 for unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on CR-58 in Riverhead. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Riverhead Court.
- A 63-year-old New York City man was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 31 for fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property on Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays. Investigation revealed the dealer plate on the vehicle was reported as stolen. He was released on an appearance ticket to the Southampton Town Court returnable on Feb. 9.
- David Lopez, 29, of Hampton Bays, was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 1 for aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Glider Avenue in Flanders. Investigation revealed Lopez to be intoxicated. He was released on traffic tickets returnable to the Southampton Town Court on Feb. 9.
- Carlos Perez, 28, of Riverhead, was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Woodcrest Avenue in Riverhead. Investigation revealed the subject to be intoxicated. He was released on traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Riverhead Court on Feb. 16.
