Teen Reported Missing Again From Wading River Facility: Police

WADING RIVER, NY — Police are searching for a teen who has run away again from the Little Flower Children and Family Services facility in Wading River.

According to Riverhead Town Police, Autumn Tucker, 14, left Little Flower on Friday at 2 a.m. and has not returned.

Autumn is a female Native American with a dark complexion; she is 5-feet, 3-inches tall and 235 lbs., with long curly brown hair, and brown eyes, police said.

Autumn has run away in the past and no foul play is suspected, police said. Anyone with any information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Riverhead Town Police Department at 631-727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential.
