Herbs have many culinary and medicinal uses, as you will discover when you join the Peconic Land Trust for the last program in a 4-part series, led by certified biology teacher and herbalist Heather Cusack. Learn about the many uses for herbs in your cooking and their health benefits. You will harvest herbs, make teas and pesto, learn more about the history of herbal medicine and the basics of making an herbal first aid kit.
