Thieves Steal $1,400 in Riverhead Mini Mart Burglary: Police
BREAKING: Thieves broke the glass on the front door of the West Main Street business, police said.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Thieves who broke in through the glass door of a Riverhead mini mart stole $1,400, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, the burglary took place at 4:08 a.m. Friday at the Stop and Go Mini Mart, located at 55 West Main Street.
Employees discovered that the front door glass had been pushed in, and it appeared that someone had entered the business, police said.

An investigation determined that the unknown suspect or suspects stole approximately $1,400 from several cash registers, police said.
