Two People Arrested During Underage Drinker Enforcement Operation
The operation took place on Super Bowl Sunday.

Two people were arrested for selling alcohol to minors during an underage drinker enforcement operation in the Town of Riverhead conducted on Super Bowl Sunday, according to State Police.
During the operation two retail establishments were cited for selling alcoholic beverages to an undercover State Police operative.
Lynne A. Johnston, 61, of Hampton Bays, a clerk at Winemart in Riverhead and Peter M. Maneri, 53 of East Moriches, the owner of Wine Depot, Riverhead, were arrested and charged with unlawful dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage

Both were issued appearance tickets returnable to Riverhead Town Court at a later date.
