Woman Charged With Drunk Driving After Traffic Stop: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — A Mastic woman was cuffed for driving drunk in Riverhead, police said.

According to New York State Police, Kendra E. Scales, 28, was arrested Saturday following a traffic stop for numerous traffic violations on Roanoke Avenue; investigation and standardized tests revealed that she was intoxicated.

She was charged with driving while intoxicated and is due to appear in Riverhead Justice Court on Nov. 30, police said.
