Woman Stole Multiple Times From Polo Outlet: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — The search is on for a woman who stole merchandise several times from the Polo outlet at Tanger in Riverhead, police said.

According to Riverhead Town Police, between August 18 and Sept. 22, during the afternoon hours, a woman stole from the store, located at the Tanger Outlet Complex at 1770 Old Country Road, Suite# 400.

The unidentified female, described as a "heavyset black female," entered the store and removed assorted merchandise totaling $2,979 without paying, police said.
