Woman Swiped 8 Scarves from Coach in Riverhead: Police

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town Police detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who stole merchandise from a store in Riverhead last year.

A woman entered Coach Men’s Outlet, located at 1770 West Main Street, put eight scarves in her purse and fled the store without paying on November 9 at approximately 6 p.m., police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
