Woman Used Wading River Man's Credit Card To Charge Gift Cards: Police
The woman was arrested Saturday, police said.

A Rocky Point woman was charged with identity theft after she used a stolen credit card at a Rocky Point store, police said.
According to Riverhead Police, a report was received from a Wading River resident who said that an unknown individual used his credit card without permission.
The Riverhead Police Detective Division conducted an investigation and determined that Emily Mioducki, 19, had used the victim's credit card information to purchase gift cards and other assorted items from the Family Dollar General Store in Rocky Point that totaled $235.29, police said.

Mioducki was taken into custody on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and charged with identity theft in the third degree, police said.
She was processed and released on a desk appearance ticket, police said.
