1 Dead, 1 Wounded In Daylight Shooting At Doyle Park
Investigators are asking anyone with information about this fatal shooting to contact Yonkers Police Department detectives.

YONKERS, NY — Gun violence at a city park has left one man dead and another wounded.
Just after 5 p.m. on Monday, the Yonkers Police Department received reports of shots fired at Doyle Park, on Ashburton Avenue.
The first officers on the scene found two men with gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to area hospitals. One was pronounced dead and the other remains in stable condition, according to police.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of the victims.
Investigators are asking anyone with information about this fatal shooting to contact Yonkers Police Department detectives by calling 914-377-7724, or by submitting an anonymous tip by texting the keyword "YPD" + the tip to 274637 (CRIMES).
