2 Sleepy Hollow Men Accused of Stealing Safe with $30,000 Cash, Jewelry

IRVINGTON, NY — Two Sleepy Hollow men were arrested and charged with stealing a safe from an Irvington home.

Irvington police said Frauli Rafael Soto-Dominguez, 21, and Aneudy B. Dominguez, 23, were taken into custody September 14.

They were arrested without incident by Irvington Police detectives with the assistance of the Sleepy Hollow Police Department and the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force.

The pair was charged with second-degree burglary, a Class C designated violent felony.

Soto-Dominguez and Dominguez burglarized a home in the Spiro Park section of Irvington on August 15, police said.

Investigators said they entered the home at night and stole a safe that contained about $30,000 in cash and jewelry.

Both men were arraigned in Irvington Justice Court, where bail was set at $5,000 for Soto-Dominguez and $2,500 for Dominguez.

Bail was immediately posted by a family member.

The defendants are scheduled to appear in court September 19.
