YONKERS, NY — A Westchester man has been indicted after investigators say he terrorized former girlfriends.
Westchester County District Attorney Susan Cacace announced on Thursday that 23-year-old Jaden Ross, of Yonkers, was charged in a 17-count indictment with allegedly stalking, harassing, and assaulting several ex-girlfriends, along with burglary offenses.
Ross was arraigned on Tuesday on felony first-degree burglary; three felony counts of second-degree burglary; misdemeanor criminal obstruction of breathing of blood circulation; misdemeanor petit larceny; three counts of misdemeanor third-degree stalking; misdemeanor second-degree aggravated harassment; misdemeanor third-degree assault; misdemeanor second-degree unlawful imprisonment; misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child; misdemeanor resisting arrest; and misdemeanor second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The judge set bail in the amount of $30,000 cash/$100,000 bond/$200,000 partially secured bond. Temporary orders of protection were issued on behalf of both victims.
Ross is due back in court on June 2.
"The serial nature of the defendant's alleged predation is deeply disturbing and is reflected in the breadth of Tuesday's 17-count indictment,"Cacace said. "My office will continue to advocate for each of the defendant's victims throughout the course of this prosecution and beyond, as we do for all survivors of domestic abuse in this county. With these extremely serious charges, we will seek to ensure this defendant's alleged spree of domestic violence is finally put to an end."
According to the felony complaint, in August 2025, Ross accosted an ex-girlfriend inside the stairwell of her cousin's apartment building. The victim told Ross she didn't want to be in a relationship with him because he had hurt another woman that same day, the complaint alleges. Ross is accused of then placing his hands around the victim's throat and applying pressure until she fell to the ground, according to prosecutors, before stealing her iPhone and running away.
The DA says that in November 2025, Ross approached another ex-girlfriend inside her apartment building's hallway. He then got into a verbal argument with the second victim, pulling her hair and striking her several times with a closed fist, according to the complaint. Ross then fled the scene, returned to cut the screen of the second victim's bedroom window, forced his way in, and struck her several times with a closed fist again, according to the allegations.
During the same month, Ross called and sent harassing messages to the second victim, threatening her life, according to the complaint.
Prosecutors say that in December 2025, Ross opened the second victim's bedroom window while standing on the fire escape. He then refused to leave, asking, "Do you see how easy it is to get into your apartment?" and threatening to hit her, according to the complaint. The DA says that the victim's son was present during this incident.
The case was investigated by the Yonkers Police Department, and is being prosecuted by Assistant DA Paige Pirtle, of the Special Prosecutions Division.
