The Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday June 10 at 7:30 PM to consider a proposed construction of 110,000 sq ft contractor storage yard for a scaffolding business. The location is on the border of the Village of Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry. I have notified the villages of this application. A number of years ago the property was the subject of controversy over a proposed residential complex.
