Applicants should have a minimum household income of $68,850.

The apartment has LED recessed lighting, an HVAC system, stainless-steel appliances, a microwave, an in-unit washer/dryer, LVT flooring, a tiled bathroom, a private patio, and street parking.
The property is near the Metro-North rail train station, shopping, dining, the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail, the Hudson River waterfront, the town pool, and the library.
The home is zoned to the Dobbs Ferry Union Free School District.
