Response to: The Debate About Flu Shots
The everlasting debate of whether to vaccine or not is still underway. Registered pharmacist Michael Altman, shares his thoughts.
I am not a huge advocate of the flu vaccine. It seems every year that the strain of the feared virus is not the strain that the vaccine was designed to prevent! Add on the research that says it's possible that it is no better than a placebo and the risk from the diluents used in the vaccine! It all comes down to risk vs. reward. People need to decide weather the risk of getting or not getting the shot is worth it or in this case equal to the reward!
