Breakfast Event In Dobbs Ferry Seeks Donations For Hurricane Harvey Pets
The owner of Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home want people to bring desperately needed supplies that will be sent to Texas.
DOBBS FERRY, NY — Area residents who want to help pets who were victims of Hurricane Harvey can bring supplies to an event Sunday in Dobbs Ferry. Joseph Casario, who owns Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, is seeking supplies of which shelters are in desperate need.

The supplies that are needed are food, litter, bowls, leashes, collars, slip leads, blankets and collapsible crates.

Edwards-Dowdle will take care of the shipping costs to insure delivery to Texas.
“The devastation that Texas has endured during Hurrican Harvey is immense,” Casario wrote on the funeral home’s Facebook page. “Families have been displaced along with their pets. The shelters are full and in desperate need of supplies.”
