Bronx Man, 33, Arrested in Connection with Sprain Brook Crash in Greenburgh
Burnham's alleged erratic driving caused the accident, police said.

Bronx resident Larry A. Burnham, 33, was arrested on misdemeanor reckless endangerment charges Sunday in connection with a four-car accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh, according to state police.
Burnham’s alleged erratic driving caused the accident, police said, and there was a child under the age of 17 in the front seat of the car at the time.
Whether any injuries were caused by the crash was not reported, but state police said Burnham’s driving “created a substantial risk of serious injury to the occupants of the three vehicles he struck.”

On December 28, 2014, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks charged Larry A. Burnham, age 33, of Bronx, New York, with Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Class A Misdemeanors.

The arrest stemmed from an accident investigation that occurred on the northbound side of the Sprain Brook Parkway. The investigation revealed Burnham was operating his vehicle in a erratic and reckless manner which created a substantial risk of serious injury to the occupants of the three vehicles he struck. During the time of the collisions, there was a child under the age of 17 in the front passenger seat of Burnham’s vehicle.
Burnham was issued an Appearance Ticket for the Town of Greenburgh Court on Tuesday January 13, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
