The Beacon Sloop Club Strawberry Festival

At this festival you will find the best strawberry shortcake, made with local strawberries, homemade biscuits topped with real cream. The two solar-powered music stages offer live music performances throughout the day, one dedicated just for children.  Educational displays, free children’s activities, food and craft vendors are available.  Please bring a refillable water bottle, chairs, blankets or tarp to sit for the afternoon.  Dogs on a leash are permitted. This is a rain or shine family festival. The BSC is a 100 percent volunteer-run nonprofit, focused on protecting the Hudson River and connecting the public with the river.  Free Admission, www.beaconsloopclub.org
