Child Hit By Car in Hastings That Didn't Stop, Police Say Story Is Inconsistent
Stills from the high school video camera didn't show the suspect vehicle, police said.

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY - Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident from last week that left an 11-year-old on crutches.
FIOS1News.com said Gael Bazan was hit by a car that didn’t stop Feb. 24.
The child’s mother requested stills from Hasting High School’s video camera, but police said they did not show the car that was involved in the accident.

Hastings police told FIOS1News that there were inconsistencies in the boy’s story, a charge that the mother denies.
