Lacrosse
Despite an outstanding performance by Dan Cohen (Ards.'08) of Mt. St. Vincent in a game at home with Mt. St. Mary's on the 11th, where in he had 3 goals, 1 assist, 11 shots, with 4 on goal, the Dolphins dropped a hair raiser to their guests.

Cohen scored 2 of his team's final goals late in the game, as the result showed the lacrosse team's record to be 7-8 thus far .
At home with Adelphi on the 7th, Pace lost to their guests, 10-2, as Tom Murphy (Hastings '08) had 2 shots, within 1 on goal plus 1 ground ball on the day. The record stands at 4-5:3.3.
Softball
In a split with Wheaton on the 7th, Stefi Kettenacker (Hastings '08), 2nd sacker for Clark went 0-3 at bat, with 1 r.b.i. and a walk, while in game 2, she had no hits in 4 at bats. The Cougars dropped the opener, 8-7, and capped the night cap, 9-6, with the record now 11-13:2-8.
Mira Lieman-Sifry (Hastings '08) and her Tufts Jumbos are on an 8-game winning streak, thanks to a sweep of Trinity on the 7th, with the pachyderms' current record at 19-3:5-0.
The tri-captain shortstop had 1-5 at the plate, scored a run, walked twice, and had 9 assists as well, in the double win. Starting all 22 games, she has a .245 batting average, and just 2 bobbles at her position thus far in this, her final season.
Mercy Baseball

The Mercy College baseball team fell to Felician, 6-1, this afternoon (April 12). Sophomore Michael Dern had three hits to lead the Mavericks offense. Please follow the link here for further detail.
Mavericks Softball
Please find here a release detailing Mercy College Softball’s twinbill split with East Coast Conference-opponent Queens College. In the opening game, Mercy won 4-2 in nine innings, while Queens took Game Two, 5-2.
Men's Lacrosse
Mercy College men’s lacrosse team fell in East Coast Conference action to C.W. Post, 8-6. Junior attackman Mike Marzocca (North Babylon, N.Y.) scored five goals, while junior goalkeeper T.J. DiCarlo (Farmingdale, N.Y.) made 20 saves in net.
