Con Ed rates were lower than Westchester Power ESCO in March

Greenburgh participates in Sustainable Westchester's ESCO (Westchester Power). Con Ed rates fluctuate but the ESCO rates don't. And -everyone who is a resident of the town participates unless they previously opted out. In January and February the ESCO rates were lower than Con Ed. In March they were higher. Last year they were higher. No one knows what will happen in April.
