The Cookery in Dobbs Ferry to Host Prix-fixe Dinner on New Year’s Eve
Continuous passed bites are also included.

On New Year’s Eve, Executive Chef David DiBari’s The Cookery in Dobbs Ferry will offer a three-course dinner and continuous bites to guests at a prix-fixe cost of $75 per person. The evening’s festivities will also include a champagne toast. The menu follows:
Starters
- Cheese curds, fried, hot honey, pickled fennel fronds
- Heirloom meatballs, pomoddoro, parmigiano, parsley
- Bloominghill greens, chopped, cricket creek feta, spiced sunflower seeds, grainy mustard vinaigrette
- Mozzarella, olio novello, grilled tuscan bread
- Broccoli, wood charred, bourbon sauce, spiced beef tendon chicharrones
- Octopus, fried, smoked tomato “marinara”, pistachio, serrano chili

- Spaghetti, spaghetti pork and clam sausage, garlic, chili, lemon

- Pork osso bucco crisp, creamy white polenta, apple mustard
