Coronavirus: Greenburgh Police Read Bedtime Stories To Children
The whole series of books can be found on the department's Facebook page.
GREENBURGH, NY — Police officers in the Town of Greenburgh are taking breaks toward the end of the day and doing a little reading. They've been using Facebook to read bedtime stories to the children of the community.
The series was kicked off at the end of March by saying, while the department was committed to keeping the public safe during what was a very complicated time, "we also haven't forgotten about our younger citizens, and the stress this pandemic has put them under."
