As the seasons change so do we. Living in harmony with the seasons creates more ease and equanimity within us. During our time together we will look at specific asanas, meditations, nutrition, Ayurvedic practices and more that align us with Spring’s rhythms. We will look at the meridian channels that govern spring and the physical, mental, emotional & energetic qualities that are related. You will leave with practices that invite you to plant the seeds of your inner wisdom that with care can grow into full bloom.
