Dobbs Ferry Budget Workshop Scheduled for Monday Postponed

The Dobbs Ferry Board of Trustees Monday canceled tonight’s planned public workshop on the budget, officials announced.

No word was given as to why the workshop was canceled, but a new meeting will be scheduled in the future. The 2015-16 proposed budget can be viewed on the village’s website.

The following email was sent to residents and staff Monday afternoon announcing the cancellation:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees Public Workshop scheduled for this evening, Monday, April 6, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the 2015/2016 Tentative Budget for the Village of Dobbs Ferry, has been cancelled.

The workshop will be rescheduled for a later date which will be announced when the new workshop date is confirmed.
