Dobbs Ferry Man Arrested For Selling, Possessing Drugs

The investigation has spanned several months and several jurisdictions.

DOBBS FERRY, NY — The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested a Dobbs Ferry man on multiple drug charges in the Rivertowns.

Police said Hector I. Burgos, 32, was arrested in Dobbs Ferry March 8 and in Hastings-on-Hudson March 15.

Burgos has not yet been arrested or charged in Tarrytown on fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony. Police said the arrest is forthcoming.

Burgos is charged with selling heroin and Adderall to another person. He is also charged with the possession of Adderall with the intent to sell it.

The investigation, which is ongoing, has spanned several months and several jurisdictions.

Burgos has been sent to the Westchester County Jail after failing to post $25,000 bail in each court.

He next court appearance will be in Hastings Count March 29.

  • Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a Class D Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a Class D Felony

In Hastings:

  • Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, a Class B Felony
  • Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a Class D Felony
