Dobbs Ferry Man Charged with Driving High

Dobbs Ferry's Frank Guido was charged by state police with DWAI and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Dobbs Ferry resident Frank Guido, 47, was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI) Tuesday after his vehicle was involved in a minor accident on the Taconic State Parkway, according to New York State Police.

The incident occurred in the town of Mount Pleasant, New York, and troopers on the scene determined that Guido had been driving while his ability was impaired by drugs, also finding a marijuana cigarette in his possession. Guido was arrested for DWAI-Drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on Oct. 14 at 9:30 a.m.
