If you have ever driven down the Saw Mill Parkway, you have probably noticed the sea of vines cloaked over the native trees and shrubs. Those invasive vines kill our native plants and are destroying habitat. Please join in the effort to restore the Saw Mill River and preserve its ecosystem for the people, plants, and animals that call it home.
Please wear long pants and close-toed shoes. We will provide refreshments, training, and all of the necessary tools and supplies (but if you have your own, bring them along)! Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
From Saw Mill River Parkway going NORTH, take exit 13, Farragut Avenue. Make immediate right into parking lot.
