A special "Hoops for Hope" game will take place in the Dobbs Ferry High School gymnasium between the Irvington Boys Varsity basketball team versus the Dobbs Ferry Boys Varsity basketball team on Jan. 6, starting at 6 p.m.
All proceeds from this event will benefit a student at Springhurst School who has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.
Donations will be accepted at the game that night and at the Springhurst school office. The event's fundraising activities will include a D.J., face painting, and raffles.

The High School Dance Crew will perform their routines on Friday, Jan. 7 in the Campus Theater beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Everyone from the community is invited.
