In this series we will learn and practice yoga postures that: help tone, strengthen and relax your entire body focus on regaining strength in our abdominals and pelvic floor muscles promote a calm mind and a deep connection with your baby We will also incorporate yogic chanting and singing to help relax both of you. This class is suitable for babies 6 weeks – 12 months and their caregivers
