
This evening at Harper's Bar & Restaurant in Dobbs Ferry includes a presentation by Michael Dimin of 'Sea To Table" and a prix-fixe menu that includes scallops, clams, oysters, monkfish, and wild striped bass. Ten percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Blue Ocean Institute.
