Fire Commissioners Elected In Greenburgh

There are three paid fire districts that operate independently from the town.

GREENBURGH, NY — Elections were held Tuesday in the Town of Greenburgh for fire commissioners for the three paid fire districts. According to Supervisor Paul Feiner, there was one contested election in Hartsdale. Robert Iamonico received 407 votes to Mona Fraitag’s 368 votes.

Peter Woods was elected Hartsdale fire commissioner in an uncontested election.

Warren Hershkowitz was elected Greenville fire commissioner and Vikki Simmons was re-election as Fairview fire commissioner.
