Greenburgh Police Officer Brad DiCairano Suspended over Offensive Facebook Post
An investigation into the incident is continuing.

The Greenburgh Police Department has suspended Off. Brad DiCairano without pay for a since-deleted Facebook post that compared African-American protesters to baboons.
DiCairano is a 28-year veteran of the force, who made the post on his personal Facebook page, which fellow officers reported to Chief Chris McNerney.
The Journal News reports that DiCairano will remain suspended while the department continues its investigation into the incident. Patch reached out to Chief McNerney for comment, but he had not yet replied at press time.
