Hastings on Hudson Resident Joins NYC Law Firm

Robinson+Cole is pleased to announce the addition of Suzanne C. Ferguson to its Business Transactions Group in Miami and Thomas M. Sweeney to its Real Estate and Development Group in New York. In addition, the firm has promoted two associates, Pamela H. Del Negro of the Health Law Group and Jonathan R. Hausner of the Construction Group, to counsel, effective January 1, 2017.

Thomas M. Sweeney Jr. – Mr. Sweeney is a member of Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate and Development Group. He is located in the firm’s New York City office. Mr. Sweeney concentrates his practice on general real estate practice and, in particular, focuses on representing portfolio and conduit lenders in originating mortgage and mezzanine loans on retail, office, hospitality, multifamily, medical, mining, and other property types, with an emphasis on affordable housing finance. In addition, he represents tax credit investors in redevelopment companies and has experience with issues concerning joint venturers, owners, landlords, and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and land use.
