Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued Wednesday for the Hudson Valley

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued Wednesday by the National Weather Service for much of the Hudson Valley.

The outlook affects Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster and Westchester counties.

There is a chance of isolated thunderstorms from the afternoon into early evening ahead of and along a cold front.

Some of the storms could produce gusty winds, the NWS said.
